Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app or cannot access your account, email support@pawaily.com to request account deletion from the email address associated with your Pawaily account. Do not send your password.
Request deletion in the app
If you can access the Pawaily app, go to account settings and choose Delete account.
What happens next
A request to delete your account also requests deletion of its associated personal data. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before processing the request. Some information may be retained where law permits or requires it. If you have a question about your request, contact support@pawaily.com.
